Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms establish the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between DYU ("Company") and users for the energy report service ("Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the energy structure analysis report generation and viewing service provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these terms.
- "Report" refers to the energy structure analysis result generated based on the user's date of birth.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These terms take effect when posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to users.
- The Company may amend these terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, with changes announced at least 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Use of Service)
- Users may request a free report by entering their date of birth and email address. Country, region, and gender may be optionally provided to improve analysis accuracy and service quality.
- A report access code will be sent to the provided email and is valid for 30 days from issuance.
- Paid services may be accessed through a separate payment process.
Article 5 (Service Changes and Suspension)
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Prior notice will be given for service suspension; in unavoidable circumstances, notice may be given afterward.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
- Users must enter accurate information and must not misuse others' information.
- Users may not commercially reproduce or distribute reports received through the Service without authorization.
- Users must comply with applicable laws and these terms when using the Service.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- Reports are reference materials based on energy structure analysis and do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, system failures, or similar circumstances.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes related to the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
